  I sit at the steps of staircase to describe ,
my special relation with rain ,
It is beyond verbal description 
It rejuvenates me again.
Pouring its earthly petrichor ,
It washes away my pain.

The nature comes out of its comfort zone,
becoming new , fresh and green.
Pouring divine smell of its favourite perfume  
It mixes with breeze that gently hits my skin.
Wearing heavenly necklace of droplets,
it makes my heart  clean.

It seems heaven sends its potion,
blessing me with divinity .
Making me reminisce those moments of  solitude
when power used  to be poured on me by infinity,
I am now blessed with new energy ,
Oh Rain !What an unexplainable beauty  !

[ Off-Topic ] A ROAD LESS TRAVELLED by

  MY  BACKGROUND : Society: "You are so good in studies. Then why you are choosing Commerce ?" 10th grader me : " I like Commerce more" :) MISCONCEPTION I HAD : "Science students are more successful" REALITY: Few days back, I saw a recent IIT-Bombay graduate asking for any job available since he lost his job due to COVID19 and at the same time many Commerce professionals doing much better ! I have seen my friends in science crying over their choices. I am very happy. Commerce has become my love. I studied it with love and devotion, while my friends in science are crying over their choice. MORAL OF THE STORY : Your stream, your college and society's opinions can never decide your future. You can be an artist making millions and you can be an astronaut earning peanuts. IT DEPENDS ON YOU ! QUALITY OF YOUR WORK.
